[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2 & 3 to survey, demarcate the boundaries and

remove the encroachments in the water stream running through R.S.No.278/14 of Kurunthen Code, A, revenue Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 fairly submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
