2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant submitted that the Writ Petition itself was disposed of by this Court by order dated 02.11.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in the present appeal filed challenging the interim order passed in the aforesaid Writ Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
