No order need not be passed in the Writ Petition, since the procedure requires that whenever a notification for any tender is issued, it has to be published in accordance with the rules. 4.I am confident that the respondents will adhere to the rules as laid down and follow the proper procedure. 5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
