O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus to the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2023, to conduct an enquiry and to take action against the proposed accused.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that though the petitioner stated to have sent a online complaint on 22.04.2023, receipt of which is filed before this Court, the respondent police have not received any such complaint. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh complaint duly signed before the respondent police, on which the respondent police are directed to make an enquiry by following the procedure and complete the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
