CMP(MD) No.11407 of 2018 (Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent / Insurance Company and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
2.It is represented that the conditional order passed by this Court on 20.12.2017 has been complied with.
3. This Court taking into consideration the averments made in Paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, permits the first petitioner/major claimant to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited by the first respondent/ Insurance Company in compliance with the conditional order passed by this Court.
4. In the result, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
