Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus the respondents to transfer and appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (Maths) at Tiruchendur or Karungulamor / Sivakasi Government Higher Secondary Schools on Administrative Grounds by invoking clause 17 of G.O.403 1 (D) dated 29/05/2018 by considering the representation of the petitioner.
