W.P(MD)No.22751 of 2021 2.The petitioner wants to conduct christmas carol service for the benefit of diocese and members. The christmas carol service will cross the petition mentioned villages. The programme is scheduled to commence at around 04.00 pm on 24.12.2021 and it will conclude at 02.00 am on 25.12.2021. The second respondent herein is directed to issue permission in this regard containing appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. It is open to the second respondent to prescribe the decibel level in the manner in which christmas carol service is to conducted. 3.The writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
