Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records challenging the Administrative Transfer Order issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.064616 / W3 / E3 / 2018 dated /11/2018 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (maths) at Government Hr Sec.School , Thengaipattinam, Kanyakumari District.
