O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.3 Police to dispose of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and a person, by name, Sankarasubramaniam, in respect of immovable property and accordingly, a complaint was given by the petitioner on 01.08.2023. However, the same is not attended to by the Police. Therefore, he sought for suitable directions.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the said Sankarasubramaniam has filed a complaint against the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by both sides, it appears that there are disputes between the petitioner and the said Sankarasubramaniam, and a complaint and counter complaint were filed before the respondents Police. The petitioner is seeking only for a direction to the respondents Police to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint given by him.

In view of the above, since the complaint given by the petitioner is stated to be not found, the petitioner is directed to submit an application before the respondents Police and on filing of such application, the respondents Police are directed to enquire and dispose of the same along with other complaint, if any, against the petitioner, as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of the application given by the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
