The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to complete the enquiry in pursuant to the compliant lodged by the Petitioner forwarded by the first Respondent to the second Respondent Vide Receipt No. 75/2021 dated 18.01.2021 on the file of the second Respondent, by following the due process of law within a time stipulated fixed by this Court.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry is pending.
