Criminal Appeal filed u/s 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act amended Act 2015, to set aside the order dated 21/07/2025 in Cr.M.P.No.143 of 2025, on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge for (FAC) Special Court for Trial of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Pudukkottai and enlarge the appellants in connection with Crime No.271 of 2025 on the file of the Second respondent police by allowing this criminal appeal.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.812 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be modified to a certain extent. 2/4

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in a month (i.e., on the 1st working day of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
