O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.7388 of 2021 order dated 27.01.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The petitioner, the wife of one Annadurai has lodged a complaint as against her husband that he has committed an offence of bigamy and also filed a writ petition before this Court in WP(MD) No.7388 of 2021, seeking a Mandamus to the Chief Secretary and Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, to take disciplinary action as against her husband, in the light of the judgment in WP.No.16082 of 2014, dated 23.07.2019.

3.This Court, by its order, dated has disposed of that writ petition with a direction to the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation authorities, Kumbakonam, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2021, in accordance 2/5

with law within a stipulated time.

4.This contempt petition is filed that the above order of this Court has not been complied with.

5.When this contempt petition is taken up for admission today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that the charge memo has already been issued as against the petitioner's husband on 11.05.2023 and a copy of the same is also furnished to this petitioner.

6.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned standing counsel that a charge memo has already been issued against the petitioner's husband on 11.05.2023, this contempt petition is closed.
