ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4263 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.534 of 2022, Final Report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1903 of 2025. Hence, the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4263 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025 has been complied with.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
