ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by the son of the deceased employee, who was working in the respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus for employment under compassionate grounds based upon his representation dated 16.08.2024.
2.The petitioner's father who was working as a Senior Conductor in the respondent transport corporation has passed away, while in service on 09.08.2018. The petitioner, who has passed ITI and also obtained Conductor's License has given a representation on 16.08.2024, seeking employment under compassionate grounds. Since there is no response from the respondent transport corporation, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/5
3.Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 16.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
