other terminal benefits due to her with 18% interest from the actual date of payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is dead, a communication was sent by her to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in order to file a substitution petition to bring them on record as the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. But, despite the said communication, there has been no response. This writ petition is of the year 2016 and since the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner have not been brought on record, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
