The request of the petitioner for an admission for his ward in first standard under the Right to Education Act in a Private Matriculation 2/5
School, was rejected by the 4th respondent/the Inspector of Matriculation Schools, Pudukottai District, by his order dated 13.10.2016. As against the same, the present writ petition has been filed in the year 2016.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and now, the petitioner's daughter is studying in sixth standard.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.11.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
