ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has approached this Court alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.17276 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, review application has been filed and the same is pending before this Court. She further submits that the writ Court had not issued any positive direction to consider the claim of the petitioner. The petitioner has to approach only the Tribunal seeking necessary relief. Without doing so, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

3.Since no positive direction is issued to the respondents by the learned Single Judge, this Court is of the view that the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks 2/4

liberty to approach the Tribunal. Granting such liberty, this contempt petition is closed.
