ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from forming road in SF.No.333/5D, 5G and 346/1B of Sevalpatty Village, Trichy. 2.It is represented that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has died and as an interim measure, the villagers have made arrangements with the legal heirs of the petitioner for using the petitioner's patta land as 4ft pathway on the bund without any expansion. 3.The Respondents have also made it clear that the respondents are not having any inclination to lay road on the petitioners patta land in Survey Nos.333/5D, 5G and 346/1B of Sevalpatty Village, Trichy.

4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the respondents this writ petition is closed as no further order is closed. No costs.
