ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in S.No.20/9 in 1/4

Athikulam Village in Madurai North Taluk in Madurai District in the name of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's sale deed dated 15.09.2008, by disposing her representation dated 17.10.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that the land in S.No.20 was originally classified as Sinnapuliyangulam Kanmai. However the Tahsildar sub divided the property and issued patta in favour of the petitioner's vendor one Paulsamy. Later on the District Collector after verifying the records has cancelled the patta by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7148/04/B3, dated 20.05.2007.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7148/04/B3, dated 20.05.2007. No costs. 14.06.2023 dsk 2/4
