ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The learned counsel for the petitioner appears and seeks time.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the lands in Survey No.254/3 is a water channel. The survey was conducted and no encroachment has been found on the same.

3. In the light of the said statement, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. In case, as on date, the petitioner finds that there is an encroachment, then the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted under G.O.(Ms)No.64, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Disposal Wing, dated 08.02.2022.
