ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in STC No.4013 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case already trial commenced and the trial is in midway and therefore prayed to dismiss the petition.

3. This Court perused the records and as per the records there are prima facie materials available to proceed with the case further and the petitioner has to face the trial.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Considering the long pendency of the case the trial Court is directed to complete the trial and dispose the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
