ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 318 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first respondent police has completed investigation and yet to file final report.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to file final report, within a period of Two Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
