ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

2. This is the second round of litigation before this Court. Earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein not to evict the petitioner from her shop situated at PWD Land No.44-A and 44-B in S.No.968/6 of Arapalayam - Chinthamani channel, which according to the petitioner was not hindrance to the traffic or was obstructing any water channel. However, the said Writ Petition was closed in view of the compliance to the order passed by this Court earlier in W.P.(MD) No.15028 of 2/4

2020 dated 10.07.2025.

3. The petitioner has now sent a representation dated 23.07.2025 (sent on 05.08.2025) with a request for alter the site, as the petitioner has been evicted from the encroached area, where the petitioner was carrying on the business.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025 (sent on 05.08.2025) will be considered and disposed of on merits by the second respondent.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid representation and dispose it of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
