This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2015 and pass orders within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 08.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the Registry was directed to list this writ petition today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the licence given for the weekly market was cancelled and as on date, there 2/4

is no weekly market. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and also considering the fact that the period of licence has already been over, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
