This Petition had been filed by the sole accused seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the investigation 1/4

in Crime No.160 of 2019 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the case is registered for the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC. The investigation is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of two months. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
