(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notice No.DIPR/3550/Tender/2016 dated 30.08.2016, issued by the first respondent under the "Tamil Nadu Rural Roads Improvement Scheme (TNRRIS)" and consequently direct the fourth respondent to initiate an enquiry into the malafide conduct of the tender by the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The writ petition challenges the tender notification issued in the year 2016. Record of proceedings shows that there was no interim order granted by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the work as per the impugned tender notification had already been completed and therefore, the relief sought for does not survive as on date.
