ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee of the respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus to disburse the monetary benefits arising out of 12(3) settlement dated 24.08.2022. 2.Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 05.09.2024. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner with 6% interest from the due date till the date of payment within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
