This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for having deliberately, willfully flouted the Judgment dated 18.03.2024 in W.P.MD)No.399 of 2024.

2. Heard, the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Writ Appeal has already been filed by the respondents herein as against the order dated 18.03.2024 made in W.P.MD)No.399 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay in the writ appeal. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to reopen the contempt petition, if the Writ Appeal is dismissed.
