This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.3 to transfer the case in Crime No.192 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016 on the file of the respondent No.5 and entrust the same to respondent No.4 for investigation of the case by a competent officer. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
