Heard Mr.Chamundi Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

2. The petitioner who is the wife of the fourth respondent has filed the present Writ Petition seeking to quash the marriage certificate by contending that the marriage has not been properly registered.

3. It has already been held by this Court that exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, such marriage certificate cannot be called in question and the same should only be 2/4

resolved by the appropriate Court. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reasons to entertain the Writ Petition.
