Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issue by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.5381//A2/2021 dated 26-11-2021 and the same was received on 08-12-2021 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent herein to issue the No objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the Shop No.1 situated in the Commercial Complex, at Pullakottai Road, Virudhunagar on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 19-11-2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.
