ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to take action upon the Petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioner is arrayed as an Accused in Cr.No.1288 of 2022 of Fort Police Station, Trichy, and that therefore, the Petitioner cannot maintain a Writ Petition. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
