PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue orders for payment of Pensionary benefits at the revised rates based on the recommendations in Ref.No.1793/E2/2014, dated 28.09.2016 of the second respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue orders for payment of Pensionary benefits at the revised rates based on the recommendations in Ref.No.1793/E2/2014, dated 28.09.2016 of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this Writ Petition, in the year 2017 itself the respondents 2/5

released the entire pensionary benefits in favour of the petitioner and as such, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

3. Considering the submissions of the petitioner's counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. No costs.
