This Writ Petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2016.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2016, the third respondent has conducted enquiry and after filing writ petition both the parties viz., the petitioner and the rival group have appeared before the Police authorities and entered into a compromise and the issue has been settled amicably between them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
