Prayer in C.R.P.(MD).No.SR41522 of 2016 : This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 115 of C.P.C read with Section 151 of C.P.C, to set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabapuram in E.A.No.513 of 2013 in E.P.No.25 of 2011 in O.S.No.06 of 2005 dated 24.03.2016. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that E.P has already been terminated. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
