ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed challenging the order dated 3.10.2018, passed in Cr.M.P.No.2535 of 2018 in Cr.A.S.R.No.7076 of 2018, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that after passing orders in Cr.M.P.No.2535 of 2010 in Crl.A.S.R.No.7076 of 2018, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, dated 3.10.2018, the parties have entered into compromise and in order to record the compromise, they requested this Court to remand the matter to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy.

3. In view of the said submission, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.2535 of 2010 in Crl.A.S.R.No.7076 of 2018 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, is directed to consider the matter based on the compromise entered between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
