ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to provide free agricultural electricity service connection to the petitioner, by considering the representation, dated 22.11.2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is already under consideration and that the respondents 3 and 4 are inclined to grant electricity service connection to the petitioner, provided that the petitioner submits all the relevant records before the fourth respondent.

3. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit all the relevant records before the fourth respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondents 3 and 4 shall ensure that the electricity service connection is given to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already reached the seniority and that the electricity service connection was not given due to some objections made. If the petitioner has already reached seniority, on receipt of the documents from the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 shall act upon the same and provide the service connection, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
