Seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that basing on a complaint given by the unofficial respondent No.4, the respondent Police have registered a case against the petitioners and they have also filed prior bail and the same is pending for consideration.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on the other hand, submits that the copy of the FIR would go to show that a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.36 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023, for the offences under Sections 417, 420 and 120B of I.P.C.

4. Since the FIR has already been registered against the petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
