ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.93 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that there are totally six accused in Crime No.93 of 2021, in which, the petitioner is arraigned as sixth accused. However, while filing charge-sheet, the petitioner is not an accused and his name has already been deleted in the charge-sheet on 07.12.2021.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with the copy of the charge-sheet.

4. Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the referred charge-sheet in respect of the petitioner/sixth accused within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner know to law, if he is so advised.
