To amend the First petitioner name as Mathan instead of mohan in the petition and order of this Honble Court in Crl OP (MD) No.18973/2022 on the file of this Honble Court dt.26.10.2022. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These matters are listed today under the caption "For Being Spoken to".

2.Crl.O.P(MD) No.18973 of 2022 has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crime No.159 of 2017 on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.18973 of 2022 file of the respondent police. This Court by an order dated 26.10.2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Thereafter, a petition in Crl.M.P(MD) No.13810 of 2022 has been filed to amend the first petitioner's name as Mathan instead of Mohan in the petition and order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.18973 of 2022, dated 26.10.2022 and the same was allowed on 11.11.2022. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the petition as well as in the vakalat filed in Crl.OP(MD) No.18973 of 2022, there is a discrepancy in the signature of the first petitioner.

4.When this Court a raised the query, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18973 of 2022 and Crl.M.P(MD) No.13810 of 2022. he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 5.Accordingly, the order dated 26.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18973 of 2022 and the order dated 11.11.2022 made in Crl.M.P(MD) No.13810 of 2022 are recalled and both petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
