ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection for the writ petitioner to enter her house bearing Door No. 24, Ward No.1, comprised in Natham Survey No.1380, stood Patta No.216 situated at A. Punavasal Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District against the threat persist from the third respondent on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.102 of 2024 and the same 2/4
was ordered to be closed and that subsequently the writ petitioner has given a representation and the same is pending in current paper for enquiry.
4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
