ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to remove the unauthorized construction put up by the fourth respondent in the subject property and to stop the hotel business run by the fifth respondent without getting proper permission from the authorities concerned. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the fifth respondent has closed his business and hence, no further adjudication is required to be undertaken in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
