This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue viz., Murugesh son of Sankaran aged about 27 years before this Court and set him at liberty on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 21.10.2019

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner an First Information Report in Crime No.188 of 2019 has been filed under 'man missing' and the investigation is under progress and the detenue viz., Murugesh, whereabout is not known.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct investigation in Crime No.188 of 2019 and complete the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
