This Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.272 of 2019 under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC, dated 10.09.2019 on the file of the first Respondent. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready and the same is yet to be filed before the Court concerned.
