Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
2. The only request made by the petitioners is that the respondent police should not interfere in the civil dispute.
3. The learned Government Advocate states that the complaint given by the private respondents was enquired into and closed on 13.01.2021. The respondent police undertakes to not to interfere in the pending civil dispute.
4. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
