Side] appearing for the respondents, the FIR has been registered on 25.07.2023 and investigation is in progress and eight witnesses have been examined so far. 3.The final report has not been filed. Unless and until the final report is filed, the petitioner will not get any locus to seek for any direction for further investigation.
