This writ petitioner filed this Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2023.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents / respondents 5 to 9 have not complied the undertaking given by them.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the some undertaking was given by the private respondents. Based upon the undertaking, further action was dropped by order dated 11.07.2023.

6. If it is so, then the petitioner is at liberty to lodge another complaint before the respondent. There is no question of reopening of the complaint at the instance of this petitioner by issuing directions.

7. With this liberty and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
