ORDER
The challenge in this writ petition is the order dated 27.02.2016 issued by the fifth respondent herein by holding that the request of the petitioner could not be considered in view of the objection that had been raised by the sixth respondent.

2. The petitioner had sought for recognition of a school committee approval. Pending this writ petition, a school committee headed by the sixth respondent has been approved by the Educational Department. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the management of the school is being managed by the Trust, in which there are certain disputes prevailing between the trustees. Hence, he would seek liberty of this Court to approach the appropriate civil Court for redressing the grievances in the manner known to law.
3. Recording the submission that the school committee had already been recognized, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. However, the parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate civil Court for remedying their grievances.

4. The Writ Petitions stand disposed of with such liberty. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
