This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.18 of 2023 dated 16.11.2023 on the file of 2nd respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned PCR Court, Sivagangai by way of efiling in CNR No.TNSVOE00027622025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial 2/4
