This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to take action against 2 to 4 respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2015. 2.The petitioner's representation is of the year 2015. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the concerned authority and on receiving the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
